Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is the backbone of our success satisfying customers, and together we have more than 100 years of experience in the industry. We like nothing more than sharing our expertise with you at our expansive design center in Walnut Creek, giving you a hands-on introduction to our products with more than 50 units on display in the store. We are with you through the entire process of home transformation, providing extensive services in-house, including estimates, delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair. Our recent addition of two more trucks gives us a total of five trucks, which ensures that we provide services in a timely manner.
Our founder, Greg Harris, originally opened his store because of his commitment to environmental improvement through efficient heating appliances. All products at Buckstove meet EPA standards for a clean burn and energy efficiency, and all our business procedures embody our own personal commitment to being “green.”
